Discover phase:
We understand your business objectives, your audiences and what content you need to include.
Define stage:
We then start the IA and UX (information architecture and user experience) and we always create a clickable prototype of your site so we can all agree on what we will design and build for you and how it works. We don't write two hundred pages of a waffle-filled specification document either – we create a working HTML prototype so you can actually use your site before we embark on the design and development stage. Deliver stage:
Then we move into what is the fun part for you the client. Designing your homepage and content pages and all the “parts” of your site (Obviously from the agreed IA specification so there are no misunderstandings) and then we develop your site using the best framework and Content Management System (CMS) that meets your business objectives and budget.
Then the really important part that many forget: SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), this is so your site is highly effective via Google. Finally we set up your analytics so you know if your site is actually performing.
Refine stage:
It sounds pretty simple doesn't it, it’s all very well having this process, but there is always room for improvement…
Once your site is deployed and is live, your analytics will tell us what parts need refining and what parts need improvement, as developing a website is a constantly evolving process. We work with you a long time after your site goes live to make sure you get the best out of it…
