RCI: HTML emails
Brief
DPC were tasked with the job of designing and developing a new suite of email modules that would form the foundations for all RCI emails for use in 14 languages.
Production notes
A suite of visually stunning modules, coded to the highest quality enabling the RCI studio staff to be able to create further emails to promote their holidays and exchanges.
DPC produced a number of campaigns for RCI including the new member sequence, the 2010 registration campaign, and the new member retention campaign.
The emails needed to meet a number of criteria:

Utilisation of strong, relevant holiday imagery

Consistent branding

Consistent design and layout

Quality coding

Everything localised so language versions worked as well as UK versions

Constant benchmarking against best practice guidelines

Every email fully tested

Emails also fully tested on the most popular mobile devices
Results
The new emails had a massive impact within the RCI member base:

Open rates increased to 42%

Click through rates increased to 19.5%

Unique clicks increased by 12.9%

RCI.com activity increased by 18%
All these results represent significant double-digit growth.
